Kaguya Clan/Shikotsumyaku

Kaguya Clan:
The Kaguya clan was previously thought to be extinct, eradicated some time ago. However recently members of this deceased clan have been stepping out into the open. Members of this clan have been found to have the Kekkei Genkai that was once thought to be lost, the Kekkei Genkai Shikotsumyaku.

Clan Traits: Members of this clan have two very distinctive traits that separate them from any other Shinobi. The first are the markings upon the forehead, usually located just above the inside brow. These markings are generally red circles incased in black; variations have been seen through out this new rise to the clan.

The other trait is an illness very specific to the clan, little is known about the illness and a cure has yet to be found for the fact it was thought the clan had died of many generation ago. It is known though that only members with the actual Kekkei Genkai develop this specific illness as if the two were linked.

Shikotsumyaku:
Through the use of their Kekkei Genkai, members of the Kaguya clan are able to change the density of their bones by infusing their chakra into the calcium deposits. Doing this they increase the bones to a state far stronger and heavier than any steal, to hollowing them out making them lighter and even more brittle than normal bone.

First Ability:
Once trained to each level this grants the user certain abilities.
Level One: Increasing Density
Increasing the bones density is the first level for the Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku.
This means +3 Constitution, +2 Strength, and -3 Speed and Dexterity for increasing density.

Level Two: Decreasing Density
Deceasing the bones density is the second level for the Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku.
This means +3 Speed, +2 Dexterity, and –3 Constitution and Strength for decreasing density.

Word Count : 1000 Words

Level Three: Bone Protection
At the third level the bone density will increase as a defense for the body. The bone will react according to the users will to protect the body from harm. Bones growth Speed is +5 to the users over all Speed and +10 Constitution to the users over all Constitution when it comes to blocking.

Word Count : 1500 words

Level Four: Hollow Bone
At this level the user is able to hollow out the bone and increase its strength so that it is light and strong that it will literally increase the users speed dramatically without affecting the users defenses. This means that Speed and Dexterity increases by 5 of the users over all stats.

Level Five: Spiked Body
This is the fifth level for the Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku. At this level the user has learned to increase the bones density to a point it is as strong as steal. The user is able to at will create bone into spikes all over the body or in specific spots. Bones growth Speed is +8 to the users over all Speed.

Level Six: Body of Bone
This is the final level for the Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku. At this point the user can create a layer of bone just under the skin protecting the entire body from immense damage or even piercing the body. This means plus 15 to the users over all Constitution and makes the users body almost unable to be pierced.

Second Ability:
One of the more useful abilities that comes from the Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku is the use of creating weapons out of the bones in their body making the bone stronger than most steals. This ability allows the user to remove bone from the body instead of it just sticking out like with the other uses.

Ever Fading Life:
The draw back to all this power is after every use of these great abilities the user will loose 1 point of health. This draw back will happen every time no matter what even if the user is at the point of death. Also if the user reaches zero the user will loose one point of health every posting turn after that until the point of death.

Without Kekkei Genkai:
Members of the Kaguya clan without the unique Kekkei Genkai tend to be more apt to training, or sharpening their abilities. As such, any member of the family without Shikotsumyaku is granted an additional 5 points to be spend towards their Advanced Skills. *Note* You must request to a "SoS Admin" to be placed into this clan at time of Shinobi Registration.
