Personality: Though most people should never be pigeon held, it's obvious to anyone who spends a significant amount of time, or even just a few minutes, with Tiya, that she is a typical Uchiha. She keeps mostly to herself and doesn't put a lot of effort into standing out as far as her attitude or remarks. Tiya keeps any kind of emotion to herself unless asked a specific question about how she is feeling or her thoughts on another person or subject. Though it seems like it would be a lonely way to live, or a boring way to others, it's actually a very prominent way for a Shinobi both on the job and in personal life should be.
When asked about her thoughts on most things she tends to keep things superficial, and professional. She will explain that if a fellow Genin or Student is being annoying why she does not spend time with that person or practice along side that person. On the other hand if a fellow student of Genin is a hard worker and skilled, she would say she likes working with them, and prefers to be around that person, that way she can benefit from it.
However, Tiya is not exactly the robot she can appear to be, she does take pride in making sure to look nice, and respectable, though not an obnoxious amount of effort due to the amount of time it would take. She is also sensitive about her clan's past, their failed attempt to take over Konoha years and years ago, embarrasses her, especially when it was discussed during class. She is dedicated to prove not all Uchiha are power bound, selfish, and most times border line crazy. Basically she just wants to be the best Shinobi she can and give the Uchiha a good name once again.

The BackgroundHistory Pre-Academy: When Tiya was born, it was a great opportunity for the Uchiha clan to try and regain what little honor they had, after the streak of terrible misfortunes, their family had brought upon the village hidden in the Leaves. Her parents were each Shinobi of great skill in their own right, each being a Jounin, her mother a retired one, who had not been on active duty since the day, Tiya was born, deciding to stay as a mother and raise, Tiya, and her brother Tuskue. Her brother was just a year younger then her, and likely to be a great Shinobi as well.
Even while at a young age, Tiya was thrown into basic training working on her running, stamina, and chakra control. Though with her small slender form she was more inclined to speed related abilities, her mother who helped her with the majority of her training, made sure that she was balanced in all of her training, so that she would be able to learn any type of specialty whenever she became a Genin, and started working towards Chuunin. Though of course with the Sharingan in her back pocket whenever she unlocked it, it would open a massive amount of doors for the girl. Easily an early candidate for ANBU, as long as the Hokage did not have a problem with giving an Uchiha a chance to acquire such an important rank.
Academy Days: Once Tiya hit five she was placed into the advanced courses, of the Leaf Academy, and put on an almost guaranteed, track to becoming one of the best Shinobi in a generation, especially seeing that she was going to be one of the few Uchiha with the chance to unlock the Sharingan. It became evident early on that she was an obvious prodigy picking up information and learning the history of the Shinobi world like she was a sponge soaking up water. It seemed that it wasn’t slowing down either every year she spent in the Academy the faster she learned, having been able to pass the final Genin exams by the time she was ten.
Though she was able to pass the exam at any time, her parents decided that, Tiya, should take her time and make sure that she picks up every bit of information she can before taking her final exam and moving on. Tiya, who after much intensive historical study had realized that the majority of the meaning for Genin teams, and their sensei’s are not really even doing missions for the village or making money. It was about training, bolstering the villages numbers by having more active Shinobi, the more active Shinobi the more likely that you will have skilled high rank Shinobi after their Genin training. Realizing this, Tiya decided that she was ready for the Exam, and the start of her Genin career.
